We, the Provo Pride Council, are a local non-profit organization made up of volunteers whose mission is to support and celebrate the LGBTQ+ Community in Provo and Utah County, as well as foster understanding and ties with the larger community through various outreach programs and events, including a pride festival.
Our FIFTH annual Provo Pride Festival will be held Saturday, September 16th, from 10 AM to 6 PM at Provo’s Historic Utah County Courthouse. Last year drew over 5,000 people throughout the day with over 50 vendors and organizations participating, so with the visibility provided by our new location, we’re hoping to maximize that momentum even more. Thanks to supportive vendors and organizations such as yourselves, the festival can grow each year to offer even more variety and education to festival goers to further celebrate diversity and inclusion in Utah County.
Based on your business/organization type, as well as the date you are submitting this application, there are various booth fees. Please select the one that applies to you. For planning purposes, NO APPLICATIONS will be accepted AFTER SEPTEMBER 10th (one week prior to the festival). Upon review of this application, you will be sent an invoice via PayPal.
Signing up for a booth provides you with a 10×10 space, but you will need your own canopy, tables, chairs, etc. Booths will most likely set up between 8 and 9 AM the morning of the festival, but should you be accepted, more information will follow.
