Born and raised in Provo Utah, Rebecca Wendelboe, has served on the Provo Pride Board of Trustees since August 2013, she is currently serving as the Vice President of the Board of Trustees and is a strong proponent of equal rights for the Transgender community. She has two children that she loves and adores. Together, they enjoy taking day trips to the many points of interest Utah has to offer as well as spending time at the pool.
You can often find her in the DJ Booth on a Friday night at City Limits in Provo, Utah. As an amatuer DJ, she is continually pushing herself to learn new skills to become better at her craft. Her goal is to breakdown the stereotypes against trans-people, showing the community in which she lives, that while she is transgender, she is so much more.
Miss DJ Bad Kitty, has always had a passion for music. She began her collection and creating playlists once she was old enough to learn how to record music off the radio and onto a cassette tape in the early 80’s. It was no surprise to those that knew her as a youth, when she announced that she was going to DJ events for Provo Pride in 2014.
